We know you'll love what you ordered, and if something goes wrong, we're happy to accept defective items for return or exchange within seven days of receipt. For returned or exchanged goods, it is necessary to maintain the original packaging, accessories, labels, instructions, etc. of the goods. To return a product, you need to add a note to your order and state the reason for the return.
For returns or exchanges that are not quality issues, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund. The international shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
If it is clear that the item has already been used, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. Damage caused by frequent wear and tear is not eligible for replacement.
Please contact us and after our confirmation, the return or exchange will be sent back in sealed packaging within the next three days.
