Return & Exchange Policy
We know you’ll love what you ordered, and if something goes wrong, we’re happy to accept defective items for return or exchange within seven days of receipt. For returned or exchanged goods, it is necessary to maintain the original packaging, accessories, labels, instructions, etc. of the goods. To return a product, you need to add a note to your order and state the reason for the return.
For returns or exchanges that are not quality issues, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund. International shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the product has been used or the return request period has passed, we are unable to provide return or exchange services. Damage caused by frequent wear and tear is not eligible for replacement. Specials are non-refundable.
Once you have submitted your application, please contact us and after our confirmation, the return or exchange will be returned within the next three days. Please note that you do not send your order back to its original address, we will notify you of the return address by email once you have submitted a return request.
If you’re returning an expensive item, you can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
